In the event of any product defect found upon delivery, we will replace it immediately without any additional financial cost for the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone or email.

In the case of a non-defective product, it can be returned if the following criteria are met:
a) The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order,
b) the packaging has not been tampered and is in its original condition.

In this case the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
